    When I arrived for my scheduled oil change / tire rotation I asked if windshield wipers were available and told the service person that if they were not available I did not want to wait while they went and got some. The service person said okay. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was informed my car was ready. The windshield wipers were $55.18!! One was $17 and the other was $38.18. I ask why the difference in price and the service person said it was 2 different brands. They only had one in stock. Having to go get a wiper accounted for the one hour and 20 minute wait. Why when they had to go get one windshield wiper for the car didn't they get two of the same kind to put on the car? My old blades couldn't be put back on and the service person said he would do nothing about the price. I went out to get in my car very unhappy. It got worse when I started the car and checked the tire gauge information on the dash. I saw the tires had not been rotated and knew they had not been rotated as I checked the pressure before I went in because I knew in error I had put two pounds too much pressure in the one tire when I put air in all the tires. I went back in and said to the service person that the tires had not been rotated and he said they had been. I explained how I knew they had not been. He took the car back to let the 2 lb of pressure out so all four tires had the same 35# pressure. I have been taking the car to Baumann's in Genoa for more than 9 years for all maintenance since I got the car. I purchased the 2012 Buick LaCross new from dealership in Medina, Ohio. I have been more than pleased with Baumann over the years for maintenance or I wouldn't have kept it going back. The impression I was given this time by the "new" service person was here's a senior woman who won't know the difference in what gets done to the car. Until this appointment and the last appointment the service person at the computer (his name was John) would come to tell me every time there was going to be an out of the ordinary charge and check with me first. He always got an okay before anything was done. "Newer" guy obviously doesn't do that. Two "errors" for simple routine maintenance are not accidental - It speaks either of shoddy work or thinking that the customer wouldn't know the difference!

    They should have reset the tire presser sensors when we got the tires in Oct. Though they were going to reset them this time but did not do it again. They want a $120.00 to replace 1 tire sensor i said no to that.

    Service was great but I am disappointed in the cost of a simple oil change. I had a $20 off coupon and it was still $46 dollars. An oil change for $66 is way to high. I want to always have all my service done at the dealer where I purchase my vehicles but this makes me consider going elsewhere.
